Formulary Dashboard

Good afternoon Medication Safety friends and colleagues,
Our organization is looking Into creating a dashboard for formulary management and monitor utilization. We saw that many organizations have home grown dashboards. Does anyone know if there is a commercially available software that you are familiar with? Thank you all for your insights.
