Permanent marker on IV bags

It has long been the standard that no IV bags with permanent marker written on them can be used. Has anyone seen any recent studies or guidelines on if this is still the case? Most articles I've found are from 2014 or earlier.

Would love to read any more recent articles anybody has found.
Thanks!
