Enoxaparin 40 mg Syringe - Plunger Not Engaging
We have received a number safety concern reports from multiple nurses stating that the Meitheal pharmaceuticals enoxaparin 40 mg syringe plunger is not engaging and they are having administration issues with the safety feature. Communication has been sent to the pharmaceutical company. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with this particular brand? Thank you.
