Ambulatory vaccine vials administration in EPIC

Good morning MSOS friends, we are an EPIC facility and we use the immunization activity to document administration of vaccines house-wide.

We are trying to enforce barcode medication administration in ambulatory clinics and some of the issue we're facing because vaccine is completed in immunization activity not MAR.
1- Nursing not scanning patients upon administration as system is not asking them to.
2- Nursing take MDV vaccines to scan (polio and flu) to exam rooms as there's no “pend” immunization functionality that exists with EPIC like it does with medications.

How do you guys address these issues at your facility?
