IV and inhaled prostacyclin safety

If your institution provides both IV and inhaled prostacyclin therapy
- Which pump is used for inhaled therapy?
- Which pump is used for IV therapy?
- If you use the same pump, are there dedicated pumps to distinguish inhaled therapy and prevent accidental IV administration?
- What safe guards are in place for administration for inhaled?
- What safe guards are in place for administration for IV?
- What is the back up plan in case of individual patient pump failure?
