List of US Hospitals that employ an MSO

Hello everyone! I'm an Advanced Practice Nurse and have been in healthcare for almost 40 years. I received my first Masters Degree (Nursing) in May 1995 and 30 years later, I'm on this journey to complete my 2nd Master's Degree (MJ in Health Law).

I'm on my final stretch here and working on my Thesis: Legal Implications of Medication Safety in US Hospitals and of which, my entire proposal is for mandating an MSO in every hospital.

Before my mom passed away in 2013, she had multiple near miss medication errors and had it not been for myself and siblings, she would have died months earlier. I am advocating for increased medication safety.

In my extensive research, and thanks to MSOS, I have come across that only 48% of hospitals employ an MSO.

Can I receive a list of those hospitals? For those hospitals, what have been the wins and challenges?
