NICU/Pediatric Drug Reference for providers

There is an initiative in our health system to replace Micromedex/Neofax with Lexicomp/Lexidrug for medication reference links. Our pediatric pharmacists have concerns regarding the gap in information between the two references specifically in the NeoNatal population. Does anyone utilize only Lexicomp for medication reference links? Have you had any negative outcomes not having NeoFax available for more specific Neonatal monitoring? Thanks!
