Remifentanil Safety Strategies in the OR

We are evaluating remifentanil for addition to formulary for OR cases where EEG monitoring would be used. Fentanyl and sufentanil are already on formulary and we do not have BCMA in procedural spaces.

For those with remifentanil in the OR, what safety strategies are you using?

Thanks,
