          Syringe near empty alarm        
      
      
        
  
    Have any other institutions experienced a "syringe near empty" alarm as soon as start is pressed on the pump despite the syringe being full? If so, do you have any insight as to potential causes of this? We use BD Alaris syringe pumps.
